Yesterday, representatives from Storrington in Bloom, St Mary’s Churchyard and Friends of Meadowside attended the South & South East in Bloom awards ceremony at Ferneham Hall, Fareham. We are delighted to announce that our Town Centre entry won a SILVER GILT award, Friends of Meadowside were awarded SILVER in the “Our Community” category (as well as a Level 4 ‘Thriving’ awards in the RHS “It’s Your Neighbourhood” competition and St Mary’s Churchyard received another SILVER GILT award. Congratulations to everybody involved in our regional entry. We particularly want to thank our award winners for contribution to the regional entry:

In the evening, Squires Garden Centre once again hosted our annual Storrington in Bloom award ceremony which was well attended by our supporters, sponsors and volunteers as well as the entrants in the local competitions. The In Bloom team invited the local competition judges Tom Brown, Head Gardener at Parham House, the Reverend Kathryn Windslow and Storrington Horticultural Society, to present the awards to the local prize winners, together with the sponsors of the category.
